This session will focus on building key competencies such as active listening\, conflict resolution\, and participation management\, while also fostering self-awareness. Through hands-on activities and practical exercises\, attendees will gain valuable tools for managing group dynamics\, crafting structured agendas\, and maintaining meaningful engagement.
