DESCRIPTION:In Her Circle: Wellness participants will have an opportunity to discuss topics such as depression\, anxiety\, anger\, grief\, stress\, and other themes related to mental health. This small group aims to cultivate an awareness of the fundamental reasons behind our struggles and emotional turmoil. Through sharing lived experiences with others and engaging in various activities participants will reduce symptoms\, learn coping skills\, and help one another experience positive transformation. \nHer Circle: Wellness is led by counselors Susana Santillan\, LPC-S\, and Gina Gonzales\, LMSW. \nSessions will be held at the For Her community center every 1st and 3rd Monday through May. Friends are always welcome. Free onsite babysitting\, snacks\, and drinks are provided; feel free to bring your own dinner!
