SUMMARY:Her Table: From Burnout to Balance with Jeri-Ashley Bremer
DESCRIPTION:Her Table is a shared meal that provides an opportunity for women to connect over good food and meaningful conversation. Dinner\, babysitting\, and all materials will be provided. Friends are always welcome! \nWorkshop Topic: From Burnout to Balance: Strategies for Sustained Wellbeing \nIn communities where women are constantly giving\, the cost of care often goes unspoken. This workshop offers a space to pause\, reconnect\, and replenish. Participants will explore the root causes of burnout\, learn to recognize stress in the body\, and practice simple techniques to release tension and regulate the nervous system. Together\, we’ll also craft clear\, compassionate boundaries—tools for preserving energy\, honoring our worth\, and making space for healing. This session is gentle\, interactive\, and grounded in trauma-informed care. \nFacilitator: Jeri-Ashley Bremer \nJeri-Ashley DeLeon Bremer (she/her/ella) is a trauma-informed leadership coach\, educator\, and mindfulness practitioner who supports women\, educators\, and mission-driven leaders in building sustainable lives and emotionally healthy communities. With nearly 20 years of experience\, she blends research-backed strategies with heart-centered guidance to help individuals heal from burnout\, set compassionate boundaries\, and lead with clarity and care. \nHer work is grounded in the belief that emotional wellness and leadership are not opposites—and that healing is a form of power. She has partnered with nonprofits\, school districts\, and community organizations across the country\, equipping thousands with practical tools for nervous system regulation\, self-trust\, and values-aligned leadership. Jeri-Ashley holds a B.A. in Sociology from St. Mary’s University\, an M.S. in Education from Johns Hopkins University\, and certifications in women’s entrepreneurship\, mindfulness & meditation\, and parenting. \nDinner Provided \nVegetarian options will be available. \nFor Her Code of Conduct
