Friends are always welcome! \nWorkshop Topic: Workplace Values and Culture \nIn this interactive workshop\, we’ll explore how to align your career with your personal values while maintaining healthy boundaries and balance. Learn practical tools for navigating workplace culture\, advocating for your needs\, and building a sustainable\, fulfilling work life. \nFacilitator: Sabina Kapoor \nSabina Kapoor has over 20 years of experience in higher education\, empowering marginalized students and developing employees. During her career at UTSA\, she received multiple awards and national recognition for her contribution to student affairs. Sabina has extensive service on leadership boards and nationwide committees\, focusing on improving student services.
