SUMMARY:Her Healing: Survivor Support Group
DESCRIPTION:Her Healing offers group counseling for adult survivors of family violence and abuse. In this supportive space\, group members work together to process emotions\, share lived experiences\, and learn therapeutic tools for healing and moving forward. Facilitated by Courtney Balidoy\, LPC\, and Mia Covarrubias\, LPC-A\,  topics include safety planning\, healthy relational communication\, co-parenting tools\, and more. \nSessions will be held at the For Her community center every 2nd and 4th Thursday evening from 6:00-7:30 PM every 2nd and 4th Thursday through May. This is an open group format\, and friends are welcome. We provide free on-site childcare\, snacks\, and drinks.
