Participants will engage in discussion\, reflection\, and action planning focused on identifying their strengths\, expanding their networks\, and recognizing opportunities to make a meaningful impact. \nFacilitator:  \nMelissa Nisiewica is an experienced healthcare operations executive\, who is passionate about helping women build confidence\, expand opportunities\, and strengthen their communities. Melissa leverages her background in strategic planning\, operational excellence\, leadership development\, and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally\, she has helped lead programs\, events\, and initiatives focused on connecting\, empowering\, and supporting women from diverse backgrounds.  \nFor Her will provide a light dinner beginning at 6:00pm.
