A native of Mexico\, Silvia earned a BBA from UTSA and began teaching. After years in education\, she became a licensed real estate agent. Silvia combines her passion for education with her love for guiding future homebuyers through the process of buying and selling real estate. She also co-owns a janitorial cleaning company with her sister\, and the two also previously owned a catering business. She is an avid mentor in the community\, often collaborating with other businesses and supporting them by creating opportunities for mutual growth. Her proudest achievements are her three beautiful children. \nRose Avila \nRose is the definition of a social justice warrior\, advocating on behalf of the marginalized at every chance. She dedicated many years to the nonprofit world and the state of Texas\, providing services to the most vulnerable populations. She is most passionate about women’s issues and liberating the leader in girls and young women. Rose was a teen mom and dropped out of school at 15\, but went on to join the Navy Reserves\, earn a BA in Communication Studies\, and an MS in Human Services.
