SUMMARY:Pour Into You: A Self-Care & Confidence Experience
DESCRIPTION:This session is designed to create a safe\, uplifting space where women can pause\, reset\, and pour back into themselves through self-care\, confidence building\, and meaningful connection.  \nDuring this experience\, participants will engage in guided self-care practices\, light skincare or beauty demonstrations\, and open conversations that encourage confidence\, healing\, and personal growth. This is more than just a workshop\, it’s a moment to breathe\, reflect\, and be surrounded by support. Through skincare sessions and meaningful conversations\, she is passionate about helping women prioritize their well-being while growing personally and financially. \nWith a natural love for self-care and personal upkeep\, Claire Sheppard understands the importance of feeling good from the inside out.
