DESCRIPTION:A somatic dance experience designed to help us refocus on rest\, recovery and intentional movement as we move together through music\, creativity\, and mindful movement. \nFacilitator: Brooklyn Lopez \nBrooklyn has dedicated her life to dance\, movement education\, and community empowerment\, beginning her teaching journey at just 12 years old. After training and performing in Los Angeles\, she returned to focus on bringing movement into communities that need it most. Through Inside Art Movement\, she creates trauma-informed dance and movement experiences designed to build confidence\, connection\, healing\, and self-expression.
