SUMMARY:Pour Into You: A self-care and confidence experience
DESCRIPTION:This session is designed to create a safe\, uplifting space where women can pause\, reset\, and pour back into themselves through self-care\, confidence building\, and meaningful connection.  \nDuring this experience\, participants will engage in guided self-care practices\, light skincare or beauty demonstrations\, and open conversations that encourage confidence\, healing\, and personal growth. This is more than just a workshop\, it’s a moment to breathe\, reflect\, and be surrounded by support. Each class will have unique elements while maintaining a familiar structure to encourage growth and ease. The session will end with reflection\, integration\, and rest\, allowing time to acknowledge any physical\, mental\, or emotional shifts. \nWear comfortable clothes and bring your water bottle and yoga mat.  \nSessions will be held at the For Her community center every Tuesday. DESCRIPTION:SoulCollage® is a creative and satisfying collage process. Using images from magazines\, you are invited to tap into your imagination and intuition to create collaged cards representing all the various aspects of yourself\, your unique journey\, your community\, and archetypal energies that are allies and guides your life. Journaling prompts using the cards offer personal growth insights and learning. No artistic skill or experience is needed.  \nKatie Breedlove \nKatie is a life-long spiritual seeker and a healing arts practitioner; a certified SoulCollage® and Breathwork Facilitator. After many years on a healing journey\, she wants to share her story and help others. She is interested in depth psychology and archetypal energies\, Hellenistic astrology\, Ayurveda\, and the healing of ancestral lineages. She lives in San Antonio\, TX and loves to travel\, garden\, do yoga\, attend breathwork circles\, and spend time walking and biking on the myriad trails throughout the city. She recently retired from a 24-year career in civil service in the Federal government working with our allies around the world in a diplomatic role.
