In this interactive 90-minute session\, we gently break down those barriers. Grounded in the idea that sharing factual successes is not bragging\, participants reflect on their accomplishments and practice speaking them out loud using the core phrase\, “I am remarkable because…” Attendees leave with real-world habits to speak up for themselves and lift up the people around them.   \nVanessa Vasquez \nVanessa Vasquez is the Founder and Principal Learning Consultant at Cultura Catalyst Consulting\, bringing over 20 years of experience building human-centered leadership programs across FinTech\, defense\, hospitality\, and non-profit sectors.
