Unfortunately\, the funds and contract have ended. Currently serving as Senior\nAssociate Vice President for Operations and Strategic Initiatives at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA)\, she contributes to shaping the growth and success of her organization through innovative and results-driven leadership.\nThroughout her career at UTSA\, Becky has spearheaded multiple high-impact initiatives\, including the development of one of the first talent management teams in the advancement space. With over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry and a background in therapeutic recreation\, she is passionate about group fitness and the power of movement to inspire connection and growth. As the leader of Fit4Mom North San Antonio\, she brings women of all ages and stages of motherhood together through exercise\, playdates\, and social events\, fostering a supportive community for moms. \n
