Self-Care Saturday: Body & Mind
Join us for an empowering 60-minute workout session designed to strengthen your body and mind!
This all-levels class will guide you through a dynamic routine focusing on cardio, strength, and core exercises, with plenty of modifications to suit your fitness level. We’ll use resistance bands and bodyweight movements to work from head to toe, finishing with mindfulness exercises that leave you feeling connected, empowered, and centered. Let’s move together and embrace our inner strength!
Please bring a yoga mat or towel if you can and stick around for a brunch and connect session sponsored by Single Vision-Westover Hills Church

Were honored to have Diane Kirksey join us to facilitate this strengthening HIIT session. Diane is a dedicated mother of two young boys, ages 3 and 1, who has found her forever home in San Antonio, though originally from Memphis, TN. With over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry and a background in therapeutic recreation, she is passionate about group fitness and the power of movement to inspire connection and growth. As the leader of Fit4Mom North San Antonio, she brings women of all ages and stages of motherhood together through exercise, playdates, and social events, fostering a supportive community for moms.
