Her Circle: Soul Care
Her Circle: Soul Care is a summer group for women designed to create space for rest, reflection, and renewal. Through a mix of creative expression, guided conversation, and restorative practices, we’ll explore how to live from a place of worth and wholeness, balancing self-care with community care. Each session nurtures connection, healing, and clarity around personal purpose, helping women show up for themselves and others with authenticity and strength.
Sessions are held at the For Her community center. Friends are always welcome. Free onsite babysitting, snacks, and drinks are provided; feel free to bring your own dinner!
Power of Your Voice: Healing Through Honesty
In this session, we’ll discover the strength in vulnerability and storytelling, and we’ll gain tools for honest expression and deeper connection with others.
