July 16, 2025 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Free

Her Table is a shared meal that provides an opportunity for women to connect over good food and meaningful conversation. Dinner, babysitting, and all materials will be provided. Friends are always welcome!

Workshop Topic: From Burnout to Balance: Strategies for Sustained Wellbeing

In communities where women are constantly giving, the cost of care often goes unspoken. This workshop offers a space to pause, reconnect, and replenish. Participants will explore the root causes of burnout, learn to recognize stress in the body, and practice simple techniques to release tension and regulate the nervous system. Together, we’ll also craft clear, compassionate boundaries—tools for preserving energy, honoring our worth, and making space for healing. This session is gentle, interactive, and grounded in trauma-informed care.
