Menopause Matters: Mood & Mental Health

Join For Her for Menopause Matters, a five-part workshop series designed for women who want to learn about all aspects of perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Co-hosted by Debbie Jennings and Sabina Kapoor along with expert guest speakers, this series offers honest conversations, evidence-based guidance, and community support as we navigate this important life transition together.

Our second session, Mood & Mental Health, explores the emotional and psychological aspects of menopause that often go unaddressed. Join us for an open discussion about anxiety, depression, brain fog, and mood changes during this transition. We’ll discover practical strategies for supporting your mental wellness and help you understand the connection between hormonal changes and emotional health.

Each session follows our Trauma-Informed Yoga class at 10:00am and includes a light brunch, so make a whole morning of self-care! Grab your girls, enjoy some nourishing food, connect with an amazing community of women, and leave feeling informed and empowered. Brunch and all materials provided. Friends are always welcome!
