Her Circle: Single Moms

Her Circle: Single Moms focuses on empowering and supporting single mothers as they balance parenthood, career, and self-care. During this group, For Her community leader Eliana Sanchez facilitates conversations aimed at discussing challenges and exploring solutions related to being a single mom. 

In this session, we will talk about the emotional toll of raising a child with a mental health illness/concern and what options are available in the community to offer help to both the child and mother.

Friends are always welcome. Snacks, drinks, and onsite babysitting are provided; feel free to bring your own dinner!
