For Her Nutrition: A 4 part Series

The goal of these sessions is to help attendees expand their knowledge of food and nutrition and to “unlearn” common nutrition myths allowing participants to make more informed decisions for their overall health and well-being. An additional goal for these sessions is for attendees to be able to better advocate for themselves in the realm of health and wellness. 

Tonight’s session will focus on nutrition for better brain health.

Facilitator: Amanda Hughes

Amanda Hughes is a Registered Dietitian with 15+ years of experience in the food and nutrition industry. Her career spans a diverse range of practice areas, including food production/development, community nutrition, and medical nutrition therapy. She’s passionate about women’s health, education, and empowering others to make informed, sustainable choices. Amanda is dedicated to breaking down nutrition myths and supporting wellness from the inside out. Shaped by her own health challenges, she has become a strong promoter for self-advocacy and whole-person care. She brings both clinical expertise and compassion to help women feel heard, confident, and in control of their health.
