Her Circle: Soul Care

Her Circle: Soul Care is a summer group for women designed to create space for rest, reflection, and renewal. Through a mix of creative expression, guided conversation, and restorative practices, we’ll explore how to live from a place of worth and wholeness, balancing self-care with community care. Each session nurtures connection, healing, and clarity around personal purpose, helping women show up for themselves and others with authenticity and strength.

Sessions are held at the For Her community center. Friends are always welcome. Free onsite babysitting, snacks, and drinks are provided; feel free to bring your own dinner!

Rooted in Worth: You Are More Than What You Do

In this initial session, we’ll explore how identity and value are separate from roles or productivity. We’ll discuss how we can detach self-worth from external validation and reconnect with our innate worth.

As a social worker, Rasyne brings a deep passion for advocating for and empowering individuals from historically marginalized communities. Rasyne has a heart for service and a strong commitment to equity and inclusion. She strives to create opportunities that uplift and support those facing systemic barriers. Her creative mind allows her to approach challenges with innovation, crafting engaging solutions that inspire change, amplify voices, and build stronger, more resilient communities. Whether through advocacy, storytelling, or program development, Rasyne remains dedicated to making a lasting impact in the lives of those she serves.
