Her Healing: Survivor Support Group

Her Healing offers group counseling for adult survivors of family violence and abuse. In this supportive space, group members work together to process emotions, share lived experiences, and learn therapeutic tools for healing and moving forward. Facilitated by the counseling team at OnHealing Therapy, topics will include safety planning, healthy relational communication, co-parenting tools, and more.

Sessions will be held at the For Her community center every Thursday evening from 6:00-7:30 PM through December. This is an open group format, and friends are welcome. We provide free on-site childcare, snacks, and drinks. Feel free to bring your own dinner if you’d like.
