Workshop Topic: Fighting Imposter-ism with Wells Fargo Women’s Connection
Have you ever felt undeserving of your success or an accomplishment? If so, you may be like 70% of adults who’ve felt this way before (Psychology Today). Many who suffer from imposter-ism view themselves as frauds or incompetent rather than recognizing their true talents and achievements.
Join us to learn about the imposter phenomenon and how you can recognize and break the cycle to increase belonging, psychological safety, and inclusion.
