Her Table: Healing from Compassion Fatigue
Her Table is a shared meal that provides an opportunity for women to connect over good food and meaningful conversation. Dinner, babysitting, and all materials will be provided. Friends are always welcome!
Workshop Topic: Pouring from a Full Cup: Healing from Compassion Fatigue
We love deeply, and we show up for everyone—our families, our friends, our communities–often without realizing how much of ourselves we’re pouring out along the way. Over time, that constant giving can leave us feeling tired, disconnected, or even guilty for needing a break. This workshop is an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember that you deserve care, too.
Through honest conversation, reflection, and hands-on activities, we’ll explore how compassion fatigue shows up in our lives and how to restore balance, boundaries, and joy. By the end of this workshop, participants will
- Identify the warning signs and stages of compassion fatigue and burnout in their
daily lives. - Reflect on how their unique experiences influence how they show up as
caregivers. - Practice grounding and journaling techniques that foster emotional balance and
self-compassion. - Design a personalized Self-Care Map that helps them protect their energy and
find renewal.
