#IAmRemarkable is a global movement that helps people, especially women and underrepresented groups, feel confident celebrating their achievements at work and in life. Many of us hold back from sharing our successes because of cultural expectations, imposter syndrome, or a fear of sounding like we are bragging. In this interactive 90-minute session, we gently break down those barriers. Grounded in the idea that sharing factual successes is not bragging, participants reflect on their accomplishments and practice speaking them out loud using the core phrase, “I am remarkable because…” Attendees leave with real-world habits to speak up for themselves and lift up the people around them.

Vanessa Vasquez is the Founder and Principal Learning Consultant at Cultura Catalyst Consulting, bringing over 20 years of experience building human-centered leadership programs across FinTech, defense, hospitality, and non-profit sectors. As a Certified #IAmRemarkable Global Initiative Facilitator, equity fellow, and active community board chair, she specializes in bridging human potential with organizational growth. A proud first-generation Mexican American, Vanessa leverages authentic lived experience and proven  strategies to create psychologically safe environments where individuals build the confidence and self-advocacy skills needed to own their remarkable narrative.
