Menopause Matters: Thriving Through Menopause
Join For Her for Menopause Matters, a five-part workshop series designed for women who want to learn about all aspects of perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Co-hosted by Debbie Jennings and Sabina Kapoor along with expert guest speakers, this series offers honest conversations, evidence-based guidance, and community support as we navigate this important life transition together.
Our fourth session, Thriving Through Menopause, shifts the narrative from surviving to thriving during this life stage. Join us as we explore how to embrace this transition as an opportunity for growth, self-discovery, and renewed purpose. We’ll discuss strategies for reclaiming your energy, rediscovering your identity beyond traditional roles, and stepping into this next chapter with confidence and intention.
Each session follows our Trauma-Informed Yoga class at 10:00 AM and includes a light brunch, so make a whole morning of self-care! Grab your girls, enjoy some nourishing food, connect with an amazing community of women, and leave feeling informed and empowered. Brunch and all materials provided. Friends are always welcome!
