Self-Defense Workshop with Dangerously C.U.T.E.

Join For Her as we partner with Dangerously C.U.T.E. for a self-defense workshop focused on sexual assault awareness and mindset. Dangerously C.U.T.E. provides hands-on, realistic, and instinctive training designed from real-life experiences. Their goal is to empower women with the knowledge and skills to react without hesitation if confronted with violent conflicts in order to create a safe environment. Workshops are designed for women and girls ages 13-60+.

Workshop schedule:

10am-11am: Accessing Your Power Within: mindset workshop

11am—12pm: Combative work: striking and kicking

12pm-2pm: Tactical self-defense in sexual assault situations

Please note girls under 18 must have a signed waiver of liability by a guardian, and girls 15 must have a parent or guardian present with them at the event.
