Her Healing

Her Healing offers group counseling for adult survivors of family violence and abuse. In this space, group members work with one another to process emotions, share lived experiences, and learn therapeutic tools for healing moving forward. Led by Tanisha Ellis, For Her’s licensed counselor, topics will range from safety planning and healthy relational communication to co-parenting tools and more.

Sessions will be held at the For Her community center every Tuesday. Friends are always welcome. Snacks, drinks, and onsite babysitting are provided; feel free to bring your own dinner!
