Facilitator: Sabina Kapoor
With two decades of experience in higher education, Sabina Kapoor has used her award-winning leadership to empower thousands of minority students and developed hundreds of staff. She has extensive experience working at an Hispanic Serving Institution and the only dual-designated HBCU and HSI. Ms. Kapoor’s primary focus has shifted to examining the relationship between the employee and organization. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology and is involved in the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources and The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her passion to help others thrive has led her to For Her, where she works with women who want to change their life trajectory. Ms. Kapoor is excited about sharing information that can help participants learn more about possible careers through the For Her Career Workshop Series.
