Through interactive discussions and engaging activities, you’ll explore the essential elements of both healthy and unhealthy partnerships including:

  • Learn to recognize relationship red flags such as excessive jealousy, controlling behavior, manipulation, and disrespect for boundaries.
  • Gain insights into behaviors that can isolate you from your support network, including friends and family.

You’ll also walk away with practical tools and strategies to:

  • Assess the health of your relationships.
  • Set boundaries that protect your emotional well-being.
  • Make informed decisions that prioritize your safety and self-worth.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll be empowered with the knowledge and confidence to identify red flags early on, reclaim your self-worth, and build relationships that are supportive, respectful, and fulfilling.
