In this supportive space, group members work together to process emotions, share lived experiences, and learn therapeutic tools for healing and moving forward. topics include safety planning, healthy relational communication, co-parenting tools, and more.

Childcare RSVP
We kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible if your plans change so we can release childcare spots to other moms.
Infants can stay with their mothers, and older children are welcome to sit in our living room and read, play on their phone, or do homework, etc.
Due to the sensitive nature of some content and to keep a safe and relaxing space for our community members, children aren’t allowed to sit in on workshops and support groups.
