Her Circle: Single Moms

Her Circle: Single Moms focuses on empowering and supporting single mothers as they balance parenthood, career, and self-care. During this group, For Her community leader Eliana Sanchez facilitates conversations aimed at discussing challenges and exploring solutions related to being a single mom. 

TOPIC: Single mothers have to assume multiple roles in their lives to maintain their household. This can lead to extreme burnout and health issues. In this session, we’ll discuss the importance of having a balanced work/home life as a single mom.
