Her Circle: Single Moms focuses on empowering and supporting single mothers as they balance parenthood, career, and self-care. Eliana and Sabina will facilitate conversations aimed at discussing challenges and exploring solutions related to being a single mom. In this session, we’ll discuss mental health challenges and how we can support our own holistic well-being.
