Workshop Topic: Empowering Relationships: Recognizing Red Flags & Building Healthy Connections

Join For Her for an empowering workshop designed to help women gain a clear understanding of what makes a relationship healthy and how to recognize warning signs of potential issues.

Through interactive discussions and engaging activities, you’ll explore the essential elements of both healthy and unhealthy partnerships including:

  • Learn to recognize relationship red flags such as excessive jealousy, controlling behavior, manipulation, and disrespect for boundaries.
  • Gain insights into behaviors that can isolate you from your support network, including friends and family.

You’ll also walk away with practical tools and strategies to:

  • Assess the health of your relationships.
  • Set boundaries that protect your emotional well-being.
  • Make informed decisions that prioritize your safety and self-worth.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll be empowered with the knowledge and confidence to identify red flags early on, reclaim your self-worth, and build relationships that are supportive, respectful, and fulfilling.

After breaking free from a toxic relationship that once overshadowed her identity, she embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery, rebuilding her confidence, and redefining her sense of self-worth.

Today, Jessica is dedicated to helping other women recognize their strength, overcome emotional manipulation, and transform their pain into purpose. Through her work as a mentor, speaker, and educator, she empowers survivors to heal, rebuild their lives, and embrace their full potential. Her story is a testament to the power of resilience, and her mission is to show women everywhere that they are capable of not just surviving but thriving.
