Lina Rugova, a distinguished business consultant with AdvantEdge Anthology Partners and founder of Emerge and Rise, a local nonprofit business center, brings over a decade of expertise in strategic planning, digital transformation, AI, and brand development to empower individuals in their financial and entrepreneurial journeys. As the president of Emerge and Rise, Lina dedicates herself to fostering economic development and entrepreneurship within underserved communities, providing the tools and knowledge necessary for small business success outside the startup realm. 

Her commitment extends into academia as an adjunct faculty instructor at Palo Alto College, where she imparts her knowledge in business management, nurturing the next generation of leaders with a focus on innovation, strategy, and growth. With a robust educational background from Penn State University, including a BS in Business and a Master of Management in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Lina embodies a passion for technology, community development, and lifelong learning.
