Join For Her for a unique Self-Care Saturday to learn and experience how yoga, nutrition, meditation, and mindfulness can help improve mental clarity, increase relaxation, and boost mood and energy levels. Maria Luisa Salinas will present holistic, interactive approaches to promote emotional and psychological balance in your life. Wear comfy clothes and bring your water bottle and yoga mat if you’ve got one. Friends are welcome!
Facilitator Bio:
We’re honored to partner with Maria Luisa Salinas to bring this workshop to the For Her community. Maria Luisa is a bilingual and bicultural psychotherapist with over 30 years of professional experience. Her work includes helping women, survivors of childhood trauma, family violence, and domestic violence. Maria Luisa is also a Registered Yoga Teacher trained in trauma-informed practice.
