Somatic Dance for Moms & Littles
A playful somatic dance experience designed for moms and littles to connect, co-regulate, and move together through music, creativity, and mindful movement—while learning healthy emotional regulation tools and releasing energy in a joyful, supportive space.
Facilitator: Brooklyn Lopez
Brooklyn has dedicated her life to dance, movement education, and community empowerment, beginning her teaching journey at just 12 years old. After training and performing in Los Angeles, she returned to focus on bringing movement into communities that need it most. Through Inside Art Movement, she creates trauma-informed dance and movement experiences designed to build confidence, connection, healing, and self-expression. Her work includes developing programs for at-risk youth, low-income communities, and women’s shelters, with a strong belief in movement as a tool for emotional wellness, empowerment, and human connection.
